Congratulations to John Leso, the lucky winner of the EREF Engine Giveaway at PRI 2025. The 598 CID Big Block Chevy was built by Jeff Baldwin from Baldwin Racing Engines in Friedheim, Missouri.
We called John to let him know that he had won the engine and he was a little shocked and could not believe it! He told us that he is currently working on a 1966 Chevy Nova 2-door and was building a twin-turbo, small block Chevy to put in it. Well, that engine project is on hold and now this 598 Big Block Chevy is going in its place.
